Shipping + Returns

 

DOMESTIC Shipping

All quilts, quilt coats, pillows, and wall quilts are made to order and have the following production times:

  • Quilts: 4 - 6 weeks

  • Quilt coats: 4 - 6 weeks

  • Pillows: 2 - 3 weeks

  • Wall quilts: 2 - 3 weeks

Ready to ship and one-of-a-kind pieces, books, tote bags, and fabric samples will ship within 1 - 3 business days.

Shipping costs are calculated based on your mailing address and orders within the U.S. are shipped via USPS Priority. Tote bags, fabric samples, and books are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking and your order should arrive within 2 - 5 business days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship internationally via USPS Priority International, which takes 6 - 10 business days. Longer shipping times can be possible due to customs issues or shipping delays.

Please note that international customers are responsible for duties and taxes in the destination country. Vacilando cannot estimate or cover duties or customs on international shipping.

Lost, Stolen and Returned Packages

Vacilando Studios is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please submit a safe shipping address, watch the package tracking, and communicate with your carriers about deliveries. Once the package shows as delivered we are unable to obtain additional information from our partner carriers. We recommend contacting and filing a claim with the carrier to resolve any lost or stolen package issues.

If a package is returned to us via return-to-sender and you would like it to be reshipped to you, we require a reshipping fee.

Returns

We accept returns of items in their original condition for a refund, exchange, or store credit. Please email hello@vacilandostudios.com within 7 days of receiving your order with your return request.

For exchanges within the US, we’ll send you a complementary USPS return label. Once we receive the item, your replacement order will be added to the queue with the standard production time for the item.

For a refund, you’ll receive a shipping address to send the item to. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping and providing us with a tracking number. A full refund will be issued once the item is received and inspected.

Custom and sale items cannot be returned.
